Now you can call SSS in the early evening, late evening, late night, midnight, or at dawn! The new SSS hotline is now a 24-hour call center service, from Monday to Friday.
The 24-hour SSS phone numbers are:
920-6446 to 55
Available from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm the next day
I called SSS one night, when the previous 16-hour service was launched, and somebody picked my call immediately. Halata kong pagod na yong SSS customer service officer, at medyo mataray na, pero later on, she tried her best to sound pleasant.
To maximize the time with the SSS officer, be ready with your SSS number. The officer wants to be accurate with her answer, so she wants to acccess your SSS records before she gives a response.
Be ready also with your question. Your question should be clear. Ano ba talaga ang gusto mong tanungin at malaman? Isulat mo ang mga data, numbers or information para masagot mo agad yong officer.
